FormFocus provides general fitness, training, and nutrition information generated by AI for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified physician, coach, or dietitian. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program. You participate in any activity at your own risk.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use FormFocus.
FormFocus Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription billed through your Apple Account. The subscription is $4.99 per month (1-month duration). Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically for the same price unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
New accounts include a limited number of free AI coaching messages. Once used, continued access to AI coaching and analysis requires a Pro subscription.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
FormFocus and its content, branding, and software are owned by us and protected by law. Plans and analyses generated for you are for your personal use.
FormFocus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You may stop using the app at any time.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
