FormFocus is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using FormFocus you agree to the practices described here.
We collect the account details you provide when you sign up (such as your name and email), the training and nutrition information you enter, and the videos you submit for analysis. We also collect basic usage and device data to keep the app reliable.
Your information is used to deliver personalized coaching, generate training and nutrition plans, analyze your form, track your progress, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Coaching responses and video analysis are generated using AI services. Content you submit may be processed by these services solely to produce your results. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information you do not want processed.
Your data is stored securely and protected using industry-standard safeguards. Account credentials are stored in the device keychain. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Subscription purchases are processed by the App Store. We receive confirmation of your subscription status to unlock Pro features but never see your full payment details.
You can edit your profile, delete saved plans and analyses, and sign out at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the email below.
FormFocus is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this document.
